Brayden is a highly experienced and certified personal trainer who has recently joined the team at Kdpt fitness. He is a fitness enthusiast who has been training himself for 5 days a week consistently without any intentions of stopping anytime soon.

 

With a passion for fitness and health, Brayden completed his studies at the university where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Cert 4 in Allied Health. As a result of his extensive studies, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge in human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

 

During his university days, Brayden honed his skills by working at various fitness centers where he had the opportunity to train a diverse range of clients. His experience has taught him that everyone's fitness journey is unique, and a personalised approach is essential in achieving success.

 

Brayden is a firm believer in the importance of goal-setting and uses this approach with his clients to help them create reasonable and achievable objectives. Furthermore, he advocates for the importance of creating lifestyle habits that can be sustained long term, leading to overall health and wellness of the body.

Carlos is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with over 8 years of hands-on weightlifting under his belt. But he’s not just someone who loves the gym — he’s someone who lives and breathes proper movement, long-term strength, and sustainable progress.

 

What sets Carlos apart is his technical eye. He coaches with a strong emphasis on correct form, optimal technique, and movement patterns that serve your body now — and still will in ten years. His approach is simple: move well, train smart, and build a body that’s not just stronger, but more capable, pain-free, and functional for life.

 

Carlos is especially passionate about mobility and movement quality, helping clients improve range of motion, strengthen their joints, and prevent injury. He believes that true strength isn’t just about lifting heavier — it’s about building a solid foundation of control, stability, and skill.
