KDPT Fitness offers both one on one and small group sessions to achieve your desired goals. Focusing on technique to ensure you get the most out of each session without harm to your body. We are dedicated to providing education as well as motivation and drive. We pride ourselves on our clients getting results.

Trial sessions are available to see if you like the set up/studio… and ME; so we can get to know each-other & I can do a fitness assessment & give you a little taste of what training with me will feel like.

 

If you sign up to one of my packages the session can be deducted from your first week of training otherwise the cost is $50 paid in cash on the day.

These sessions are great for beginners; looking to get to know their way around a gym, intermediate; looking for that extra support and push & Advanced; wanting to push themselves even further in the gym.

 

No matter what your fitness level taking up private 1:1 session will ensure you get the most out of each

and every session.

Prices are based on 2-5sessions a week and  range between $140-$275 p/w

Is there someone you want to spend some more time with?! what better way then in a training session making each other feel great.

These sessions can be done with a partner, friend or family member. It's a great way to get a little extra motivation and support from someone close to you. Doing something together that makes u both feel great toped off with only positive vibes. Spending time together and getting fit and healthy at the same time. Its a WIN WIN!

Prices are based on 2-5 sessions per week and range between

$210-$450 p/w

(Discount available for parent & child - under 18 duo)

High energy fun environment !

These sessions are great; I find that people push themselves a little harder when working with others.  Clients are able to feed off each other’s energy and get even more out of each workout.

Sessions can have up to a MAX of 4 people in a session which still gives each client the individual attention they need to get the most out of each session. As well as giving you a little extra push and motivation; not only the trainer but by the other clients too.

Prices are for 2-5 sessions per week and range between

$80-$170 p/w

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside!

Fuelling your body right is an extremely important part of this journey and making sure you can maintain your results and get there in the fastest time possible. It’s the most important tool to getting the most out of this.

 

How much do you know about food? How much do you have to learn? What if you could understand macro's & calories and how best to utilise them and have these tools to help you for the rest of your life.

 

I will help you understand your TDEE and how macros are calculated to work for you and your goals.  I will calculate your macros and adjust them accordingly so you can still enjoy the foods you love.

Recipe books, sample meal plans; things you can cook for the entire family and/or meal prep to help you stay on track.

Pick your own food log and track your macros via MFP all linked into my app so it can be overseen by me to make sure you are staying on track.

Our package at KDPT Fitness are an investment to your future.

You are not just investing in a PT session;  but your health and your future. You will receive everything you need to succeed in a lifelong journey to better health and fitness and more. You will be given all the tools needed for success both in and out of your sessions at KDPT Fitness. Along with the education to continue this journey ongoing for years to come.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. That I can promise you!

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.

Whats included

ABOUT FACE TO FACE SESSIONS/PACKAGES: 

- All sessions run for 45min-1hour

- Package range from between 2-5 sessions a week.

(Less then 2 sessions per week is not going to get you results).

- First week of training is always 1:1 even if you book group sessions

(excludes couples) to make sure I know where you’re at with your fitness.

- All packages are for a minimum term of 12 weeks. 

- Are you a mum?  - Kids are welcome but recommend that

between the ages of walking -3;

that you book the 1:1 package if you would like to bring your

child so other client’s sessions are not disrupted.

- I tailor your sessions to your level of fitness and progress them as you do. 

This allows your body to go through the necessary stages of

conditioning before progressing further. 

- Holidays are a MUST for all of us. So don’t worry if you are planning

a trip I will suspend your payments; and even write

you a program to do while you are away.

 

EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES:

- In app progress tracking  included in each package to keep track of your progress, monitored via my app by me.

- Home training programs (where needed), to ensure you are able to reach your goals faster 

- Food logging through My Fitness Pal which can be integrated with my app for accountability and support 

- Habit Tracking for anything you are struggling with to create habits that last

- Supplementation recommendations where needed  to make sure you

are getting the most out of your training,

- Around the clock support by me via VOXER as well as access to the KDPT Fitness VIP’s family page where you can get even more support & accountability from the team & myself

 

PLEASE NOTE:

- It’s best to book a time slot, which remains the same each week so that you don’t miss out on a spot & to create habit and consistency.

- If you are unable to attend your sessions, you have the option to do a make up session in the same week or the following week on top of your regular sessions. 

- Payments are made via a direct debit system at the beginning of each week through a third party secure payment gateway.

The Studio

KDPT Fitness is a private studio located in Williams Landing. Offering both indoor and outdoor training areas fully equiped with everything you need to get an amazing workout without being in a busy gym environment.

The personal setting of the studio ensures that no one will feel uncomfortable and allows the sessions to be enjoyable for both new and advanced clients.
