Learn to move, learn to hit, learn to love it. Our boxing coach Isaak runs a fundamentals-focused group class — pad work, technique, footwork. No experience needed.

Recovery is part of the process — not an afterthought. Add recovery sessions to any package whenever you need them. Think of it like servicing a car. Skip it and things break down.

 

INFRARED SAUNA

Deep muscle relaxation and detoxification. Promotes recovery, reduces soreness, and supports overall wellbeing between sessions.

STRETCH & MASSAGE CHAIR

Targeted stretching to improve flexibility combined with massage chair therapy to relieve tension, enhance circulation and help you move better.
